I have only recently worked alongside Melanie when she worked for a care company that cares for friends of mine where I help out 2-3 times a week. Mel very quickly understood the dynamics of the household and worked well with the lady who has dementia & her husband who supports her. She was always prompt, polite & cheerful. She was quickly observant of any medical problem’s & changes needed in care & formed a good relationship with all of us. Any person needing support in the future will be lucky to have her on their team. Regards Jane Spedding. RMN RGN RM
